Use a recent passport size photo taken on or after 01 January 2026. It can be in colour or black and white. The face must fill 80% of the image, with no mask. Spectacles are allowed only if you wear them regularly. Polaroid and computer-generated photos are not accepted. The photo does not need to be attested. A separate live photo is also taken by webcam while you fill the form, on a light-coloured background with 80% of the face visible.

This form also takes a live photo with your camera inside the application. That step happens on their site.
